Who We Are

Voidline is an independent software passion project operated by a group of developers.

What Information We Collect

Depending on the services you use and whether you are logged in or not, we may collect or process the following types of information when you use our services.

Information the Discord Bot collects:

• Your Discord User ID and Username associated with your Voidline account

Information our other services collect:

• The number of times you launch the client
• Whether you are currently using the client
• The date and time you most recently launched the client
• The Minecraft version used when launching the client

Information we process:

• IP address and connection information when connecting to our services

Information in the "Information We Process" section may be temporarily handled by our servers for the purpose of providing our services. Voidline does not permanently store this information.

How We Use Your Information

• We count the number of times you launch the client to display on your user profile and to show the total number of launches on our website.
• We record whether you are currently using the client to display your online status on your user profile and allow Voidline staff to check your status using a private Discord command.
• We record the date and time of your most recent client launch to support features such as login streaks and display your recent activity on your user profile.
• We record the Minecraft version you use when launching the client to determine which versions to support and maintain compatibility with.
• We record the Discord User ID and the Discord Username associated with your Voidline account to link your Discord account with your Voidline account.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising purposes.

Legal Bases for Processing

We process your information based on our legitimate interests in operating, maintaining, securing, and improving Voidline. We also process information when it is necessary to provide features or services you use, such as your Voidline account and user profile.

We use essential cookies on our website to keep you logged in for a limited period of time. These cookies are used only to maintain your login session on the website and are not used for advertising or tracking purposes.

• Information about your use of the Voidline Client is kept for as long as your account exists.
• Information associated with a deleted account is deleted or anonymized, unless we are required to retain it for legal or security purposes.

• Access to our servers and stored information is limited to authorized developers who require access to operate and maintain our services.
• Connections between the Voidline Client and our servers are encrypted to protect your and our data.
